Progress Update

I don't update this blog as often as I should, but I just wanted to give a quick run down of how it's all going. I'm colouring the film at the moment and it feels like slow progress but it's getting there. I've started the colouring and have given myself the whole of April to get the colouring done, and although that isn't a huge amount of time for a 5 minute film, I think I'll be able to get it done. The plan is to work flat out and hopefully be able to upload the film the day before the hand in so that if I need to make any adjustments I can.

The film plot makes sense, but I've been looking at it so much during this process part of me worries that it makes no sense at all! I'm feeling fairly confident about getting everything done, and overall I'm excited to have it done and see how it comes out. My objective at the moment is making sure I have a fully coloured film before the deadline and then after the hand in, if it needs cleaning up I can do so before the Grad show. I've been looking at animation studios in Brighton to apply to as well. I'm not applying just yet, I want to get the film out of the way and then focus on my creative CV.
